Joining Women in Motion is easy! Just drop into the studio and have a look around. Once you've seen all we have to offer just talk to one of our friendly staff and they can help you with the next step.
 
What happens next?
  • You will meet with one of our great qualified staff members and together you will complete a health assessment.

  • Together you will identify your goals. These might include improving fitness, weightloss, toning and shaping, improving health and any other goals you might have.

  • At this stage we can measure your current fitness level, body composition and weight if you would like to.

  • One of our friendly staff members will then guide you through the programme, assisting you with equipment use and helping you to target specific areas and goals

  • Have Fun!

  • Our staff will continue to monitor your progress throughout your membership and modify your programme to meet your needs.
