Our express classes are 30 minutes of fun, social exercise that will help you keep toned and in shape.

Classes are Free to Members and Numbers are limited!

Do as a stand alone class or add to your circuit or cardio session.

This class is a multi-leveled and structured to progress individuals through different levels according to ability.
We recommend participants have some prior pilates experience.

Each class is 30 minutes in length
