At 54yrs old I had never been in a gym, nor had any desire to. My increasing weight was causing deterioration in my joints, making work difficult as well as giving me other problems.
The encouragement of my WIM Coach, staff and the other women has been life changing. Through exercise, healthier food choices and support I have lost 50kg, and I still enjoy cooking and eating my favourite foods, plus, no more joint pain!
